“Thank you for enlightening our agents on the many facets of real estate financing. Your sessions with us were literally crammed full of information, presented in a fashion that held their interest, and generated quite a bit of discussion. Your knowledge of financing and its many different applications is certainly unparalleled. Your ability to stimulate your audience to think outside the box is uncanny! Quality service, coupled with an extremely well educated Realtor,
definitely will enhance a company’s market share. As a result of your training,
my agents are much more comfortable discussing financing options with both
buyers and sellers than ever before. Your training goes way beyond the
standard, and in my opinion, is unequaled.” |
“I honestly believe that
thousands of careers across the country could have been saved, and the
tremendous turnover rate in real estate and loan officers could be changed if the
RFS techniques were put to use.” Steve Fairbanks, Principal Broker /Coventry
Real Estate, Inc., |

“Just wanted to let you
know, this is the most useful class I have attended in a long time. The
information provided and the opportunities presented will be invaluable for my
future career in the real estate business. I believe this will change the way I
do business and already has provided a new outlook on those difficult
situations where we were dependent on loan companies to provide answers. I
applaud you for your presentations and will certainly promote our agents to
attend this class and work for their certification as well.”

“I wanted to write to
express my admiration and appreciation of your efforts related to the Residential
Finance Specialist training. Throughout the seminar, I kept thinking to myself
how practical and useful the information was and how thankful I was that I had
invested my time toward this challenge. Without a doubt, it has been the best
educational information I have received since being licensed. So many of these
programs agents are offered are just “advertisements on two feet” in my
opinion. When I pay for a class or seminar and devote time to being away from
the office, I EXPECT TO LEARN something USEFUL toward INCREASING MY
PRODUCTIVITY. This class is the first one that I can honestly say fit my
expectations.” Kathy Shafer, Residential Finance
Specialist, Accredited Buyer Representative RE/MAX DFW Associates |

“The
RFS program’s earnest goal of involving the Realtors, as well as the loan
officers and the buyers in the process of sharing the benefits of the most
appropriate financing available are destined to succeed. Listen closely to how trends
in real estate have revolutionized the real estate industry . As a Realtor’s
expenses only mount, it is logical to look for profit centers. Her program
benefits all involved and I believe Realtors will see the advantage in this
approach to mortgage lending.”

“I was talking to one of the hosts of a radio talk show and told her about my RFS class, she was very intrigued and asked me to do a show on mortgages, adjustable arms and so on, the radio station got so many calls and so did I that they ran the show twice after that because we taped it, and then they asked me to do it on a monthly basis. I also now sponsor the show and at the beginning of
the show you hear a set of keys rattling and then I come on and say "Those
are the keys to your new home", stay tuned for the real estate tip of the
day", it goes to a commercial and then I come back and say something about
financing or mortgages such as "Did you know that if your credit score is
700 or more, you may qualify for a no income verification loan",
"call Century 21 Sauter & Associates for details". It is working so good I am trying to think of
new tips every day and a lot of them I got from the RFS seminar and use what I
have learned.” Rosemary Sauter-Frett, RFS Broker/ Century 21 Sauter &
Associates/

“The RFS program’s consumer advocate approach to financing will help honest, ethical real estate and mortgage professionals gain an edge over the competition. In today’s market, as REALTORS® and loan originator’s expenses mount and commissions decrease, it is only logical to look for additional profit centers. This program is a must for agents that are considering taking the next step to providing mortgages for their clients and sharing in the revenue on the loan. |
